Full Spectrum Wound Care Associates (FSWCA) is a community-based outpatient wound care practice that participates in WELS CARE, Wound Excellence and Limb Salvage, a program that ensures all providers practice with a high level of care through cutting edge evidence-based wound care treatments. We believe clear, concise communication and collaboration with the patient, caregivers and all treatment practitioners are paramount to optimizing patient outcome and providing superior patient care. Our goal is to work seamlessly with our patients' primary care providers, home health agencies, and other health care specialists to coordinate expedient, efficient and comprehensive wound care. We aim to expedite and optimize wound healing, but just as essential, to monitor and educate our patient base in an effort to reduce and ultimately prevent wound recurrences as much as practically feasible.
